HP w1707 Wide LCD Monitor audio problems?
I bought a monitor HP w1707 wide LCD about two years ago and has since worked fine. I due to format my hard drive and install Windows XP (previously vista) on my computer and had some problems with getting the built-in speakers at work. I got work, but in form again yesterday, and since I can not make them work. The display works fine but I can not not get the speakers working at all. I reinstalled the drivers several times from the supplied CD that came with the monitor and also installed from the HP website. Similarly, when scrolling a web page or moving a window, it lags really bad and jumped a little. It remains scroll and move the window, but it is not smooth at all
