Touch Color
Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to use photo shop to add a touch of color to a b & w pictures
I want to take a color photo in black and white form and leave a little color, like the color of a shirt or eye color.
Depends on the version of Photoshop you use. If you use 7 or CS, the easiest way is probably to the image, click on your toolbar ... go to adjustments and select Desaturate. This transforms your image into black and white (adjust your levels to make a "train" in black and white). So if you're familiar with using your history and the history brush .. Lower your history and check the box next to the stage where your last photo was the color (the brush icon appears in history in this area). Then, select your history brush and paint color Return to the eyes, the shirt .. or any other location where you want the color to reappear. voila! post again if you need help
