Why is my Toshiba TV only work when my blu-ray is running?
My Toshiba TV only turns on when my blu-ray is on. Is this a setting type on the blu-ray or on tv? Some key points: the Blu-ray is attached by an HDMI cable, TV is a 46 inch Toshiba 46XV640U, and blu-ray is a Memorex MVBD2520. Thank you if you can help, Twirky.
HDMI enables CEC - Consumer Electronics Control, markets where each company by a different name. Go to Blu-ray option or the TV and turn it off.
